We know all our options can be a little overwhelming to those new to Sound Therapy. That’s why we created this guide to help you to choose the package that’s exactly right for you.
Level One Listening Foundation
All our new listener packages include the Level One Listening Foundation program — six hours of Sound Therapy music in four 90 minute albums.
They also include:
- Our best-selling book Sound Therapy: Music to Recharge Your Brain
- Level One Workbook
- Open earbud (so you can listen to your Sound Therapy and still hear what’s going on around you).
The Level One program is an affordable option with everything you need to get started with Sound Therapy.
Advanced packages
Many listeners add advanced packages to their first purchase as a cost-effective way to progress straight to the next Sound Therapy level after three months of Level One listening.
Advanced levels are bundled into our double and triple packages:
- Double packages include Level One, plus Advanced Levels 2 and 3.
- Triple packages add a further advanced level, and contain Level One plus Advanced Levels 2, 3 and 4.
The advanced levels fit within two different series: Natural Hearing Improvement or Emotional Intelligence.
Natural Hearing Improvement Series is for tinnitus, hearing, sound sensitivity, dizziness and chronic blocked ear.
Emotional Intelligence and Brain Integration Series is for stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, focus, attention, brain performance and general wellbeing.
Simply choose an advanced package in the series that best fits your needs – and if you’re not sure, just ask one of our consultants who can advise you on the best option for you.
All Adult Programs package
If you are keen to advance in all areas, our All Adult Programs package is the right one for you.
This package contains all our adult programs for Natural Hearing Improvement, Emotional Intelligence and Brain Integration.
Get started today
Getting started now is the most important thing, so you may like to choose the Level One Listening Foundation program and simply add advanced programs later when you are ready.
However, if you’re committed to jumping in straight away, you will find the advanced packages to be more cost-effective, and they also include additional headphones for more listening options.
All our programs are supplied on microSD card, along with a usb adaptor so you can transfer your Sound Therapy files via your computer to any compatible device (such as your phone, tablet or iPod-like music player).
