Narelle Russell—Farmer, Narooma
Being visually impaired, the seventh sense to me is the memory. I use my memory for everything. Whether it’s what I’m going to talk about, a phone number, someone’s name, a shopping list, appointments, all that goes into memory. So it was a huge thing for me, and I always had very good memory.
In the old days they used to have filing cabinets -- and you’d have the little manila folders. When I put things in my mind and store them from memory I’d often have trouble going back and finding them.
Well what started to happen with Sound Therapy is the recall system was becoming instant, so that the pathway, between the memory and where I filed it, there was a second memory going on as to where to retrieve it. And that’s what improved dramatically -- a bit like having a very good secretary.
