Sound Therapy has been life changing for thousands of people who have become listeners over the last three and a half decades. Our listeners have reported relief and recovery from tinnitus, hearing problems, dizziness, insomnia, learning challenges, memory loss, stress, anxiety, brain related difficulties and so much more.
We appreciate all the wonderful feedback and the heartfelt connection with so many of our listeners, and it has been our honour to serve and support all these wonderful people.
For the last 36 years we were a mail order business, mailing out books, players, headphones and other accessories. We are now going through a change in how the programs will be delivered.
As of July first, 2025, we have simplified our Sound Therapy delivery system. All Sound Therapy listening programs are now available only as Downloads.
In keeping with changes in technology trends we are adjusting our delivery system to be fully online. This means once you purchase the program you will be sent a Download link, via email, so that you can download your listening files. The Download link will also include a Workbook and listening routines.
We have been offering the Download option now for over a year now, and our listeners have been very happy with it. The advantages of having a downloaded program are:
- You can load the files onto any device of your choosing, for playback
- You can keep the files forever, without being dependent on a particular playback device
- If you store the files on your computer, you can access them at a later date to use on a different device
- You can load them onto your phone or any other device
- You can source your own player and headphones according to your preferences
- You can organise your own listening routines, using our instruction guide
- You can listen on a computer, tablet, phone or an MP3 player with the capacity to play WAV files
NOTE ON HEADPHONES: it is still essential to listen through headphones in order to benefit from Sound Therapy. You do not need special headphones, as any headphone will replicate the Right ear emphasis, which is built into the Sound Therapy recording. Therefore, you can choose any headphone that you find comfortable, and that works with your chosen playback device. This includes Bluetooth, noise cancelling, bone conduction, or just normal, wired headphones. You can use any style of headphones that you find comfortable, ranging from ear buds to big studio headphones. Yes, a better quality headphone will provide a more therapeutic result. But you will benefit with any headphone at all.
Support
We still provide support for our listeners. Although we no longer have a phone line open five days a week, it is possible to speak with someone if you need to. You can leave a Voice Message, and we ask that you please allow a few days for us to return your call.
However, it is not necessary to speak with someone to use Sound Therapy. We recommend relying on the book and the workbooks, which provide all of the information you need to use the program successfully.

Technical support
If you need technical support with managing your Download, we ask you to please find a family member or friend who can assist you. The process is quite straightforward for anyone who is accustomed to using computers. We do not provide a technical support team for these steps.
If you need technical support with a player that you bought from us in the past, please refer to our FAQs online. It is possible that your player needs a reset, and this is detailed in the Technical FAQs. If your player is more than three years old and has stopped working, the battery is probably dead. In this case, you can purchase a Download, if you do not already have one, and load the files onto any device of your choosing.
