In light of recent global events surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we want you to know that we have prepared a strategy to ensure continuity of business and maintain our exceptional standards of service for our customers.
Hygiene practices
We take our responsibility to care for our listeners very seriously, and this includes helping to contain the spread of the virus within our corporate office and in the larger community. In accordance with guidance from the World Health Organisation, we are prioritising the following steps:
- Implement deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures throughout our work areas
- Sanitisation and quarantine procedures are being applied to all products in our receiving docks
- All our workers are following the recommended public health procedures
- If needed and where feasible, we are enabling our staff to work remotely so that we can ensure customer service continuity
- Postpone or move upcoming Sound Therapy live events to virtual platforms
