Frida Kitas, Sydney NSW reporting by phone to Sound Therapy
Frida called about her headset with a small question but whilst on the phone said she has chronic insomnia and used to get up and either read a book or do house work for up to two hours a night before she could get back to sleep. Now this has changed: she will still wake in the night but listens to her Sound Therapy and goes straight back to sleep. The sense of dread is gone; Frida said she had a sense of dread about going to bed and would wake up groggy, knowing she had to get through the day. This sense of dread that followed her has gone and she feels more calm and less anxious.
